Admission Phase

We will conduct an initial consultation; you will fill out paperwork; and studies will take place so that reports can be produced about your medical history, lifestyle, socioeconomic status, and criminal history.

Embryo Shipping or Embryo Creation Phase

Whether you do or don't already have embryos ready to transfer, we will refer you to a state-of-the-art fertility center where they will help you have your embryos shipped to them or help you to create some.

Matching Phase

Your profile will be created so we are ready to share that with potential stork ladies available to help you. You will be presented with the profile of potential stork helpers based on your preferences. Once you and a special stork helper feel the same potential for a pleasant match between you, a virtual conference will take place where you can get to know each other to further explore the potential match in more detail. From there, if you decide to journey with one another, your match will be made official.

Psychological and Medical Evaluations Phase

First, your stork helper's psychological evaluation will be performed. Once her psychological clearance has been issued, she will attend an appointment at your fertility center for her medical evaluation. Upon both her psychological and medical clearances being granted, you and your stork helper will advance to the legal phase.

$500 MXN for completing her psychological eval

$500 MXN for completing her medical eval

$500 MXN for receiving psychological clearance

$500 MXN for receiving medical clearance

Legal Phase

You and your stork helper will have independent legal representation. This is key so that there are no risks of conflicts of interest. The surrogacy agreement will be drafted by your attorney. From there, once you have had a consultation with your attorney to review and understand all of the stipulations, the draft of the agreement will be sent to your stork helper's attorney. She will also receive a copy of the draft and will have a consultation with her attorney to review and understand all of its stipulations. Once both parties are in complete agreement, you and your stork helper will receive the official agreement and this will be the one that both parties will sign before a notary public. Both parties will receive a copy of the agreement that has been signed and notarized by both parties for their personal records. ​

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$1,000 MXN upon signing the legal agreement before a notary

$1,000 MXN per month after signing the legal agreement before a notary until reaching the embryo transfer

Medical and Life Insurance Policies Phase

Medical insurance policies and a life insurance policy will be set in place for the care and protection of your stork helper, and the security of her family.

Your Stork Helper's Life Insurance Benefit:

$1,500,000 MXN 

Preparation Cycle for Embryo Transfer Phase

Your stork helper will begin taking hormonal medications in preparation for the embryo transfer that will take place at your fertility center. The endometrial preparation cycle lasts an average of 4 weeks and she will have an average of 2 monitoring appointments over the course of the cycle. ​

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$1,000 MXN weekly upon beginning her medication cycle in preparation for the embryo transfer 

Embryo Transfer Phase

Your stork helper will undergo the embryo transfer procedure and will be prescribed mandatory bed rest by the fertility doctor for 1 to 3 days after the embryo transfer.

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$15,000 MXN per embryo transfer

Pregnancy Confirmation Phase

From 9 to 14 days after the embryo transfer, your stork helper will have a pregnancy blood test performed. 3 to 7 weeks after the transfer, she will have an ultrasound performed to confirm your embaby's heartbeat.

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$1,000 MXN upon a positive pregnancy by blood test

$3,000 MXN upon heartbeat confirmation via ultrasound

Graduation to Obstetric Prenatal Care Phase

Your stork helper will stop taking hormonal medications 7 to 9 weeks after the embryo transfer and will begin receiving obstetric prenatal care. ​

 

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$15,000 MXN for maternity clothing upon reaching 12 weeks of pregnancy

$35,875 MXN per month for 8 months (based on pregnancy post 1 embryo transfer; amount will vary based on number of transfers) 

Birth Phase

Your stork helper will deliver your baby in a state-of-the-art private hospital. The goal is for you to be present for that most special event. Sometimes, however, babies are born before reaching term. In such cases, we know you will do everything you can to be with your baby as quickly as possible. Have peace of mind that you and your stork helper will count with our full support whether you are able to be present for your baby's delivery or not.

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$20,000 MXN upon delivery

Finalization of Legal Procedures Phase

Your stork helper will cooperate to execute everything necessary to complete the legal procedures of your case.

Your Stork Helper's Compensation:

$80,000 MXN upon executing all legal procedures

Follow-up Phase

Your stork helper will continue to count with our support and follow-up until she's 3 months postpartum. You will count with our support and follow-up until you've made it safely back home with your baby.
